What Is An Infrared Sauna?
As you might know, sweating is a great way to burn calories and rid your body of unwanted toxins. With infrared sauna technology, you can also lose weight, relax, relieve unwanted pain, increase your circulation, detoxify and purify your skin, and you can do it all at a cooler temperature without the oppressive heat of traditional saunas.
What To Expect
Lose weight in the most relaxing way imaginable, with our Infrared Sauna. Lay back and relax as our saunas do the work, with comfortable temperatures at all times.
Feeling stressed? Our Infrared Sauna will help you relax in natural comfort. You will instantly feel a boost in your mood and your anxiety reduced.
An infrared sauna is a particular type of sauna that relaxes and detoxifies the body using heat and infrared light.
Infrared light uniquely allows heat to be delivered directly to the body (as opposed to just heating the room), warming muscles and joints and providing many health benefits.
The calming effects of the Infrared Sauna will provide you with better, deeper sleep at night.
Detox yourself from unwanted toxins to see remarkable health benefits. Our Infrared Saunas release on average 7 to 10 times more toxins then you would at a traditional sauna.
