Account Set up for Existing Indoor Oasis Clients

To access your Indoor Oasis account online, you will first complete a one-time enrollment for password set up. This will allow you to manage your account and schedule online among other features.

Step 2

Enter the e-mail address** we have on file for you, then left click on the “Reset My Password” button below.

Step 3

Once you click on the “Reset My Password” button, our system will send you an e-mail.

Click on “Finish resetting your password” in the email. You will be redirected to create a new password.

Step 4

Create a unique password for your account login, then click on ‘Set My Password’ to complete the process.

After resetting your password, you will have access to the following:

  • Manage Demographic Information
  • View Available Service Credits/Purchase History
  • Add Emergency Contact Data to your File
  • Set Up a Credit Card to be on File
  • Buy Packages and Gift Cards
  • Schedule Future Reservations
  • See Future & Past Reservations
